The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X100-100 is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 100mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X100-100 (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ACPJ16X100-100 is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: a stop screw trims the 100 mm stroke anywhere within the ordered 100 mm window, so one unit covers a 0-100 mm working range. Push force is 100.5 N and pull is 75.4 N at 0.5 MPa, rising to 140.7 N at 0.7 MPa. The 100 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm standard limit for the 16 mm bore, so this unit is made to order. This model is discontinued; the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X100.
The hard-anodized aluminium body in the ISO 21287 short format saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it suits tight jigs and guard-mounted tooling. A fixed TPU bumper sits at both ends and the S45C hard-chrome rod carries a female M4x0.7 thread. As a rule of thumb, plan on about 60 N (roughly 6 kgf) of usable push at 0.5 MPa, enough to lift about 5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. Note the stop screw is a mechanical end stop only: on air loss the piston still drifts, so it is not a load-holding brake.

FA/FB flange and LB foot mounts bolt to the ISO 21287 face, so standard fixtures accept it directly. Since this model is discontinued, spec the ACEJ16X100 as the drop-in successor and confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, because the ACP family is DIN-standard.
