The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X110-100B is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 110mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X110-100B (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
This AirTAC ACPJ16X110-100B is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: a stop screw trims the 110 mm stroke by up to 100 mm, giving a usable range of 10-110 mm. The 16 mm bore delivers 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa, rising to 140.7 N push at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical maximum of 20.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The 110 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm standard limit for bore 16, so this unit is a made-to-order build.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body will not fit. In practice, plan on roughly 60 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa, which lifts about 5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. Note this model is discontinued; the current-production drop-in is the ACEJ16X110, so confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping. No magnet is fitted (the optional -S code adds one), and the rod end is male thread with a PT port.

The current-production drop-in is the ACEJ16X110 (swap the P for an E), which matches the same 16 mm bore, 110 mm stroke and force class on the ISO 21287 short body. Because the ACP was built to a DIN standard, confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions against your fixture before swapping. Also note this version has no magnet, so position switches need the -S magnet code with CMSE or DMSE sensors.
