About the Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X110-20SB
Double acting and adjustable, the ACPJ16X110-20SB is a discontinued DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 16 mm bore and a 110 mm made-to-order stroke (above the 75 mm standard limit for this bore). A stop screw trims the extend stroke by up to 20 mm, giving a usable 90-110 mm range, and the -S code fits the optional magnet so CMSE / DMSE switches can report position. Push force is 100.5 N and pull 75.4 N at 0.5 MPa, rising to 140.7 N at 0.7 MPa.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and gantries. As a rule of thumb, plan on about 60 N (roughly 6 kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin) of real work at 0.5 MPa.
