The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X110-75B is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 110mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X110-75B (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ACPJ16X110-75B is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: the -75 code gives a 75 mm stop-screw window, so the 110 mm stroke can be trimmed anywhere in a 35-110 mm range on site. The 16 mm bore delivers 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa (rising to 140.7 N at 0.7 MPa), which is enough to lift about 3 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin, and a practical rule is to plan for roughly 60 N of real work at 0.5 MPa rather than the full rating. The rod end is male thread (B code) and the air port is M5x0.8.
This model is discontinued. The current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X110, which keeps the same bore, stroke and force class in the ISO 21287 short-body format - a body that saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and gantries. Note that the 110 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm standard maximum for bore 16, so it is a made-to-order stroke. Confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP is DIN-standard.

The adjuster is a mechanical end stop for the extend stroke only, not a mid-stroke lock, so on air loss the piston still drifts; do not use it to hold a load. FA/FB flange and LB foot mountings bolt to the standard face, and if you need position sensing, order the -S code for the optional magnet - this model has no magnet, so no CMSE / DMSE switch can be mounted. For new projects, specify the ACEJ16X110 instead.

Operating pressure is 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), speed 30-500 mm/s, with a fixed TPU bumper at both ends.
Bore 16 tops out at 75 mm as a standard stroke, so 110 mm is made to order. More importantly, the whole ACPJ family is discontinued: the drop-in successor is the ACEJ16X110, an ISO 21287 compact cylinder with the same bore, stroke and force class, male rod thread and M5x0.8 port. Confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions against your fixture before swapping, because the ACP body is DIN-standard.
