The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X110-75S is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 110mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X110-75S (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
This is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: the -75 stop screw trims the 110 mm stroke anywhere in a 75 mm window, giving a usable range of 35-110 mm. The 16 mm bore delivers 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa, rising to 140.7 N at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical peak of 20.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The 110 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm standard maximum for bore 16, so it is a made-to-order build.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and guarding. A fixed TPU bumper sits at both ends, the hard-anodized aluminium body carries an S45C hard-chrome rod, and the -S magnet this model carries lets you bolt on CMSE or DMSE switches. In practice, plan for roughly 60 N (about 6 kgf) of real work at 0.5 MPa, or lift about 5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. Note this model is discontinued; the current drop-in is ACEJ16X110, so confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping.

The 75 mm adjustment window suits stations where the final extend position is tuned on the machine. Remember the stop screw only shortens the extend stroke - it is not a mid-stroke lock, so the rod can drift if air is lost. FA/FB flange and LB foot mountings fit the ISO 21287 face, and the fitted -S magnet accepts CMSE / DMSE switches. Order ACEJ16X110 as the current-production replacement.

The current-production drop-in is ACEJ16X110 (swap the P for an E), which matches the same bore, stroke and force class - confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP is DIN-standard. This -S version carries the optional magnet, so CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be mounted for position feedback. Air supply is 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), speed 30-500 mm/s, and both ends carry a fixed TPU bumper.
