The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X110-75SB is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 110mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X110-75SB (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ACPJ16X110-75SB is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: a stop screw trims the 110 mm stroke by up to 75 mm, giving a usable range of 35-110 mm on site. This -S version carries the optional magnet, so CMSE or DMSE reed and solid-state switches can be mounted for end-of-stroke signalling. The 110 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm maximum standard stroke for bore 16, so it is a made-to-order build.
At 0.5 MPa the bore 16 piston delivers 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull, rising to 140.7 N push at 0.7 MPa with a theoretical 20.5 kgf maximum at 1.0 MPa. In practice plan on roughly 60 N of real work at 0.5 MPa, which is about 6 kg - enough to lift roughly 5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, and the male (B code) rod thread suits I/Y knuckles. Discontinued: the current drop-in is ACEJ16X110 - confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since ACP is DIN-standard.
