About the Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X120-100B
This double acting compact cylinder from AirTAC's discontinued ACPJ line pairs a 16 mm bore with a made-to-order 120 mm stroke and a 100 mm adjustment window. A stop screw trims the extend stroke anywhere in the 20-120 mm range, and the male rod thread (B code) suits knuckle and tooling plates that bolt directly to the rod. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 100.5 N and pulls 75.4 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 140.7 N push. The short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and gantries.
Plan on about 60 N of usable work at 0.5 MPa, which is roughly 6 kg of vertical lift with a 2:1 margin. The hard-anodized aluminium body carries M5x0.8 ports, the S45C hard-chrome rod runs on a fixed TPU bumper at each end, and speed spans 30-500 mm/s at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi). No magnet is fitted on this version, so position switches cannot be mounted unless you order the -S variant. This model is discontinued: the current drop-in is ACEJ16X120, and you should confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping.

Size against the 12 mm bore (56.5 N push at 0.5 MPa) if your load is lighter, or step up to the 20 mm bore (157.1 N push) for heavier clamping. The adjuster is a mechanical end stop for the extend stroke only - it does not lock the piston if air is lost. FA/FB flange and LB foot mounts fit the standard face.
