Double acting and adjustable, this discontinued ACPJ16X120-30SB runs a 16 mm bore with a 120 mm made-to-order stroke and a 30 mm trim window: an external stop screw shortens the extend stroke anywhere in the 90-120 mm range. Push force is 100.5 N at 0.5 MPa (140.7 N at 0.7 MPa), so in practice plan on roughly 60 N of usable work, which is about 6 kg of vertical lift with a 2:1 margin. The male rod thread (B code) suits knuckle and tooling plates that bolt on directly.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight gantries and guarding where a full-length body will not. A fixed TPU bumper sits at both ends, the hard-anodized aluminium body carries the S45C hard-chrome rod, and the -S magnet in this unit accepts CMSE / DMSE switches.
