This discontinued AirTAC ACPJ16X120-75SB is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: the -75 stop screw trims the 120 mm stroke by up to 75 mm, giving a usable range of 45-120 mm. The 16 mm bore delivers 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa, rising to 140.7 N push at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical peak of 20.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The 120 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm standard maximum for this bore, so it is a made-to-order build. The male rod thread (B code) and PT ports are set by the bore.
The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome rod saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into shallow fixtures and guarding where a full-length body cannot. A fixed TPU bumper sits at both ends and only decelerates the piston - it never locks or holds a load. Because this unit carries the -S magnet, CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be mounted for end-of-stroke sensing.
