The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X125-100 is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 125mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X125-100 (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
Double acting and adjustable, the ACPJ16X125-100 is a DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 16 mm bore and a 125 mm stroke that a stop screw can trim by up to 100 mm, giving a usable extend range of 25-125 mm. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 100.5 N and pulls 75.4 N; at 0.7 MPa those rise to 140.7 N and 105.6 N. The 125 mm stroke is longer than the 75 mm standard maximum for this bore, so it is a made-to-order build. This model is discontinued - the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X125, and buyers should confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping.
The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome rod saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it suits tight jigs and guarding. For sizing, treat roughly 60 N as the practical working force at 0.5 MPa, which lifts about 6 kg vertically - and halve that for a 2:1 margin on real part weight. FA/FB flanges and LB feet bolt to the ISO 21287 face, and the fixed TPU bumpers at both ends simply decelerate the rod; they never hold a load. Note there is no magnet fitted, so position switches cannot be used unless the optional -S magnet is ordered.

For new projects, specify the ACEJ16X125 instead, as the ACPJ is discontinued.
