The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X125-75S is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 125mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X125-75S (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
Double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke, the ACPJ16X125-75S carries a 16 mm bore and a 125 mm stroke trimmed by a 75 mm stop-screw window, giving a usable range of 50-125 mm. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 100.5 N and pulls 75.4 N; at 0.7 MPa those rise to 140.7 N and 105.6 N. The short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body will not fit. Note that the 125 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm maximum standard stroke for this bore, so it is a made-to-order item.
In practice, plan on about 60 N of real work at 0.5 MPa (roughly 60% of the push rating), which corresponds to lifting about 6 kg vertically - halve that to around 3 kg if you want a 2:1 margin when raising a fixture or part. The -S code on this model means the magnet is fitted, so CMSE or DMSE reed and solid-state switches can be mounted directly. The ACPJ family is discontinued; the current-production drop-in is the ACEJ16X125, and buyers should confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP was built to a DIN-standard footprint.

The stop screw only shortens the extend stroke within the 75 mm window; it is a mechanical end stop, not a mid-stroke lock, so the rod can still drift if air is lost. Mounting options include FA/FB flanges and LB feet, plus I/Y rod knuckles. Since this model is discontinued, order the ACEJ16X125 as the current replacement and verify the mounting dimensions against your fixture.
