The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X150-20 is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 150mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X150-20 (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
A double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke, the ACPJ16X150-20 uses a 16 mm bore to deliver 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa, rising to 140.7 N push at 0.7 MPa. The -20 code adds a 20 mm adjustment window: a stop screw trims the 150 mm extend stroke down to 130 mm on site, so one cylinder covers a 130-150 mm range. Note this is a discontinued model; the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X150 in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which matters in slim jigs and guarded stations. The 150 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm standard maximum for bore 16, so it is a made-to-order build. With the 100.5 N push figure, plan on roughly 60 N (about 6 kg) of usable vertical work at 0.5 MPa instead of the full rating. The hard-anodized aluminium body carries an S45C hard-chrome rod, a fixed TPU bumper at each end, and an M4x0.7 female rod thread; the optional -S magnet enables CMSE / DMSE switches, and without -S no magnet is fitted.
