About the Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X150-30
This is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: the -30 code gives a 30 mm stop-screw window, so the 150 mm stroke can be trimmed anywhere in a 120-150 mm range on site. The 16 mm bore delivers 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa (140.7 N / 105.6 N at 0.7 MPa), and its short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder - useful in tight gantries and guarding. Note the 150 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm standard maximum for bore 16, so it is a made-to-order build.
The hard-anodized aluminium body carries an S45C hard-chrome rod with a female M4x0.7 thread and M5x0.8 ports, running at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) and 30-500 mm/s with fixed TPU bumpers at both ends. Plan on about 60 N (roughly 6 kg) of real work at 0.5 MPa rather than the full rating, which corresponds to lifting about 5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. This model is discontinued: the current drop-in is the ACEJ16X150, and buyers should confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP is DIN-standard.
