The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X150-40B is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 150mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X150-40B (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
This is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: a stop screw trims the 150 mm stroke by up to 40 mm, giving a usable range of 110-150 mm on site. The 16 mm bore delivers 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa, rising to 140.7 N push at 0.7 MPa. The male rod thread (B code) bolts straight to I/Y knuckles on the ISO 21287 mounting face.
The 150 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm standard maximum for bore 16, so it is a made-to-order build - plan lead time accordingly. Note the 150 mm body still saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it suits tight guards and gantries. At 0.5 MPa the push force equals roughly 10 kgf, so halved for margin it lifts about 5 kg vertically - match that to your part weight. This model is discontinued; the current drop-in is ACEJ16X150 (same bore, stroke and force class), and you should confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping because the ACP is DIN-standard.
