The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X200-75B is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 200mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X200-75B (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ACPJ16X200-75B is a double acting compact cylinder with a 75 mm adjustable-stroke window: a stop screw trims the 200 mm extend stroke down to 125 mm on site, so one unit covers a 125-200 mm working range. It is double acting in a short ISO 21287-class body that saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, with a hard-anodized aluminium body, an 8 mm S45C hard-chrome rod, a male rod thread (B code) and a fixed TPU bumper at both ends. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 100.5 N and pulls 75.4 N; at 0.7 MPa those rise to 140.7 N and 105.6 N.
Note two things before ordering. First, the 200 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm maximum standard stroke for the 16 mm bore, so this is a made-to-order build. Second, the ACPJ family is discontinued - the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X200, which matches the same bore, stroke and force class; confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping because the ACP is DIN-standard. For sizing, treat roughly 60 N (0.6 x 100.5 N) as the usable push at 0.5 MPa, which lifts about 5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The magnet is not fitted on this code; order the optional -S version if you need CMSE / DMSE switch sensing.

The 100.5 N push at 0.5 MPa suits light staking and marking on small aluminium brackets, with the 75 mm window letting one cylinder serve several die heights between 125 and 200 mm.
The short body, roughly 50% shorter than an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, fits inside tight robot-cell guarding where a full-length cylinder will not reach the 200 mm gate travel.
A 125-200 mm adjustable throw ejects misprinted cartons from a conveyor lane; the male rod thread (B code) takes a custom pusher plate directly.
At 100.5 N push at 0.5 MPa, the 16 mm bore sits between the 12 mm bore (56.5 N push) and the 20 mm bore (157.1 N push) - step up to 20 mm if your fixture needs more force margin, or down to 12 mm for lighter clamping. The 75 mm adjustment window means you should order the longest stroke you might need, then trim it with the stop screw; the adjuster shortens the extend stroke only and is a mechanical end stop, not a mid-stroke lock, so the rod can still drift on air loss. FA/FB flange and LB foot mountings bolt to the ISO 21287 face. This model is discontinued: order the ACEJ16X200 as the drop-in successor and verify mounting dimensions against the ISO 21287 datasheet.

The -75 code gives a 75 mm window: an external stop screw shortens the extend stroke anywhere between 125 and 200 mm; it cannot lengthen the stroke past the ordered 200 mm, and it is an end stop only - it never holds a load on air loss. Fixed TPU bumpers decelerate at both ends. The ACPJ family is discontinued; the current-production drop-in is the ACEJ16X200 (same bore, stroke and force class). Confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP is DIN-standard. If you need position sensing, order the optional -S magnet code for CMSE / DMSE switches.
