The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X200-75S is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 200mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X200-75S (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
Double acting with an adjustable stroke, the ACPJ16X200-75S pushes 100.5 N and pulls 75.4 N at 0.5 MPa (140.7 N push at 0.7 MPa) from a 16 mm bore. The -75 code means a stop screw trims the 200 mm extend stroke by up to 75 mm on site, giving a usable 125-200 mm range without changing the cylinder. Note this is a discontinued model; the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X200 in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The 200 mm stroke is a non-standard, made-to-order length because bore 16 tops out at 75 mm as a standard stroke. The short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which matters on a long-stroke part like this: a 200 mm stroke in a full profile body would not fit most compact gantries. This -S version carries the optional magnet, so CMSE or DMSE reed and solid-state switches can be clamped on for end-of-stroke signals. Plan on about 60 N (roughly 6 kg of vertical lift with a 2:1 margin) of real work at 0.5 MPa rather than the full rating.

Replacement mapping (swap P for E): ACP→ACE, ASP→ASE, ATP→ATE, ACPD→ACED, ACPJ→ACEJ. ACP-family: ACP (double acting), ASP / ATP (single acting push / pull), ACPD (double rod), ACPJ (adjustable stroke).
The 100.5 N push at 0.5 MPa is enough to kick a machined bushing or stamped clip off a nest, and the 125-200 mm adjustable window lets the operator dial the ejection distance without swapping cylinders.
With about 6 kg of vertical lift capacity at a 2:1 margin, the 16 mm bore gently lowers sensor housings onto a test head inside a guard too narrow for a full-length profile cylinder.

Size the bore both ways: at 0.5 MPa the 12 mm bore gives 56.5 N push and the 20 mm bore gives 157.1 N, so this 16 mm unit at 100.5 N sits between them for light clamping and part transfer. If the load must be held against drift when air is lost, remember the stop screw only shortens the extend stroke - it is not a mid-stroke lock, so add an external stop or a locking unit. FA/FB flange and LB foot mountings bolt to the standard face, and the optional -S magnet (fitted here) enables CMSE / DMSE switches.
