The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X25-20SB is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 25mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X25-20SB (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ACPJ16X25-20SB is a discontinued double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: a stop screw trims the 25 mm stroke by up to 20 mm, giving a usable range of 5-25 mm. Air drives the rod both ways, a fixed TPU bumper sits at each end, and the -S code on this model means the magnet is fitted, so CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be mounted directly on the hard-anodized aluminium body. The B code gives a male S45C hard-chrome rod thread.
At 0.5 MPa the 16 mm bore pushes 100.5 N and pulls 75.4 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 140.7 N push. Plan on roughly 60 N of real work (about 6 kg lifted vertically with a 2:1 margin) rather than the full rating.
