This ACPJ16X25-30SB is a double acting, adjustable-stroke compact cylinder, now discontinued and superseded by the ACEJ16X25 in the ISO 21287 family. The 16 mm bore delivers 100.5 N push and 75.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa, rising to 140.7 N at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical ceiling of 20.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The -30 code gives a 30 mm adjustment window, so an external stop screw trims the 25 mm extend stroke anywhere between 0 and 25 mm on site. The S in the code means the optional -S magnet is fitted, so CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be added for end-position sensing.
Practically, plan on roughly 60 N of usable work at 0.5 MPa (about 0.6 of the rated push), which is enough to lift about 6 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body cannot. A hard-anodized aluminium body, S45C hard-chrome rod, fixed TPU bumpers at both ends and a male (B) rod thread round out the build. Before swapping in the ACEJ16X25, confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions, since the ACP was built to a DIN-standard footprint.
