The AirTAC ACQJ20X25-20SB is a double-acting JIS compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke. An external M8x1.25 threaded stop and lock nut lets you set the extend end position from 5 to 25 mm on the machine, without swapping parts. The retract stroke remains at the full 25 mm and is completely unaffected.
Because the piston area is unchanged, force output is identical to a standard ACQ of this bore. You get 157.1 N push and 117.8 N pull at 0.5 MPa. The unit includes a built-in piston magnet for electronic or reed switches, a male M8x1.25 rod end, and fixed elastomer bumpers at both ends for end-of-stroke deceleration.
