The AirTAC ACQJ32X200-40S is a double-acting, single-rod JIS compact cylinder with an external extend stop. A threaded rod with a lock nut lets you set the extend end position within a 160 to 200 mm range. This is a long-stroke made-to-order variant, as the 200 mm travel exceeds the standard 100 mm maximum for this 32 mm bore. The retract distance remains fixed at the full 200 mm.
Because the piston area is unchanged, output force stays identical to a standard ACQ. You get 402.1 N push and 301.6 N pull at 0.5 MPa. The unit features a fixed NBR elastomer bumper at each end and a built-in magnet for position sensing. It uses a PT1/8 port and an M12x1.25 adjuster thread.
