The ACQJ32X250-100S is a double-acting JIS compact cylinder with a 32 mm bore and a 250 mm full stroke. An external threaded stop with a lock nut limits the extend end position, giving a usable extend range of 150 to 250 mm. The retract stroke remains unaffected. Because the piston area is unchanged, force is identical to a standard ACQ of this bore.
This long-stroke made-to-order variant exceeds the 100 mm standard maximum stroke for bore 32. It features a fixed elastomer bumper at each end for deceleration and a built-in piston magnet (-S) that works with reed or solid-state switches.
