The ACQJ40X125-30S is a double-acting JIS compact cylinder with an external threaded stop and lock nut that limits the extend end position. You can fine-tune the usable extend range from 95mm up to the full 125mm directly on the machine without swapping parts, while the retract stroke remains unaffected. This long-stroke made-to-order variant exceeds the 100mm standard maximum for this bore.
Because the adjuster alters only the travel length and not the piston area, the output force is identical to a standard ACQ of the same bore. It features a fixed NBR elastomer bumper at each end and an integrated piston magnet for position sensing. The Ø16mm piston rod uses a PT1/8 port and a female M8x1.25 rod-end thread.
