The ACQJ40X300-50S is a double-acting JIS compact cylinder built for applications requiring a long 300mm stroke with on-machine extend tuning. An external M12x1.25 threaded stop and lock nut lets you shorten the forward stroke by up to 50mm, yielding a usable extend range of 250-300mm. The retract distance remains fixed at 300mm. Because the piston area is unchanged, output force equals a standard ACQ of the same bore.
This made-to-order variant exceeds the 100mm standard stroke limit for a 40mm bore. It features a 16mm piston rod, PT1/8 porting, and a female M8x1.25 rod-end thread.
