The AirTAC ACQJ80X60-30S is a double-acting JIS compact cylinder with an external threaded stop and lock nut that limits the extend end position. You can fine-tune the usable extend range from 30mm up to the full 60mm stroke directly on the machine, while the retract stroke remains unaffected. The adjuster features an M20x1.5 thread.
Because the piston area is unchanged, the output force is identical to a standard ACQ of the same bore. It delivers 2513.2N push and 2267.8N pull at 0.5MPa, and 3518.5N push at 0.7MPa. The 80mm bore uses a PT3/8 port, a 25mm piston rod, and fixed NBR elastomer bumpers at each end.
