The AirTAC ACQJ80X80-100S is a double-acting JIS compact cylinder with an 80 mm bore and an external extend stop. A threaded screw and lock nut let you fine-tune the extend end position on the machine without swapping parts. With a 100 mm adjustment window, the usable extend range runs from 0 up to 80 mm, while the retract stroke remains fixed.
Because the adjuster only limits travel and not piston area, output force stays identical to a standard ACQ of this bore. The 25 mm rod provides a 2513.2 N push force at 0.5 MPa. It features a fixed NBR elastomer bumper at each end and a built-in piston magnet for electronic or reed switches.
