The AirTAC ACQJ63X70-40S is a double-acting JIS compact cylinder with an external threaded stop and lock nut that limits the extend stroke. The full stroke is 70 mm, and the 40 mm adjustment window allows you to fine-tune the extend end position anywhere from 30 mm up to 70 mm directly on the machine. The retract stroke remains unaffected. An M16x1.5 adjuster thread sets the travel limit.
Because the piston area is unchanged, the output force is identical to a standard ACQ of the same bore, delivering 1558.6 N of push force at 0.5 MPa. The unit includes a -S piston magnet for position sensing and uses fixed NBR elastomer bumpers at both ends for end-of-stroke deceleration.
