Installation guidelines:
Mount horizontally with manifold using M5 mounting screws (2.5Nm torque limit).
Maintain 20mm clearance below valve for service access. Lubricate seals with
ISO VG32 pneumatic oil if used in dry environments. Perform monthly
function checks under maximum operating pressure.
Critical note:
Do NOT use silicone-based lubricants. Allow 15-minute cooldown period after
continuous 8-hour high-cycle operation (>5Hz switching frequency).
