Installation protocol:
Requires 0.5-1mm lateral clearance during mounting to prevent binding.
For battery systems, pair with AR20-L02 mini regulator to maintain
stable 0.3-0.5 MPa working pressure. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil
during maintenance.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants. Maximum lateral load
capacity 150N at full extension. Always install rod-end alignment couplers
when used in mobile vibration environments.
