Select the SC125 when the SC100's 3927 N push at 0.5 MPa is insufficient for the load. For a lighter, more compact solution, stepping down to the SC100 bore saves space and air consumption. At a 475 mm stroke, ensure the rod is not subjected to high side loads; if the application imposes lateral forces, add an external linear guide or switch to a guided cylinder to prevent rod bearing wear and bending.
