Installation Protocol:
Align cylinder axis within ±0.2° of load path. Use flexible couplings when connecting to guided slides. For vertical mounting, install emergency anti-drop valve (not included). Lubricate through air line using 1-2 drops of oil per cycle via built-in lubricator port.
Avoid lateral force exceeding 350 N. Maximum permissible rod end play: 0.5 mm radial. Requires monthly re-torque of mounting bolts to 22 N·m ±10%.
