Installation guidelines:
Align cylinder within 0.2mm/m parallelism tolerance. Use M6×12 mounting screws (recommended torque 5.5 N·m).
For vertical installations, apply ISO VG32 hydraulic oil lubrication monthly. Maintain 0.1-0.5 μm filtration for compressed air.
Critical note:
Avoid lateral forces exceeding 200 N. When using in cleanroom environments (Class 5-8), specify stainless steel version (AQK50SAAB-SUS).
