Maintain parallel alignment within 0.1mm/m during mounting. Use M6×12 mounting screws (ISO4762)
with 8.8 grade minimum. Lubricate with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil during initial commissioning.
Not recommended for vertical mounting exceeding 30° inclination without external guides.
