The AirTAC AirTAC AR200-01 AR1500/2000 Pressure Regulator (AR20001) is a genuine A/B-line regulator with PT1/4" ports. It is the compact air-preparation line, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with a push-to-lock knob. Flow is confirmed from the datasheet on request.
The AR20001 is a compact A-line AirTAC air pressure regulator in the 2000 size with 1/4 in PT ports. It reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, with a regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The trailing 1 in the code means the pressure gauge is included and calibrated in MPa, and the mounting bracket is included as standard. The push-to-lock self-locking adjustment knob holds your set pressure against vibration and drift. As a pure regulator it contains no filter bowl and performs no lubrication.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the compact A/B line, the smaller-body family in the AirTAC range. The A-line 2000 body is also available in 1/8 in (1500), 3/8 in (3000) and 1/2 in (4000) sizes, with B-line bodies for larger flows. AirTAC does not publish flow as a single rated figure, so we confirm the exact flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC A/B-line air-preparation data. Drain type, filter grade, gauge and low-pressure options are set by the model-code suffix - see the description. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we confirm from the factory datasheet.
Choose the A-line 2000 body for 1/4 in piping where a compact footprint matters; step up to the B-line or a larger size if your required air delivery is higher. The gauge on this code is the MPa scale (code 1); psi, bar and kgf/cm2-and-psi scales are available as options, and code N omits the gauge while code J omits the bracket. The standard type covers the 0.05-0.9 MPa range; a low-pressure L type limited to 0.4 MPa exists where lower settings are needed. PT thread is the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT versions can be ordered.
Because flow is not published as a single rated figure for this family, ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures against your line demand before ordering.
Set and hold the clamping pressure feeding swing or edge clamps on a machining fixture, so workholding force stays at the value you dialed in across the shift.
Regulate the supply to air nozzles that blow chips, dust or water off parts traveling on a packaging or conveyor line, with the MPa gauge showing the set point.
Provide a steady pilot-pressure feed to solenoid-actuated process valves on a plant line, protecting actuators from upstream pressure swings.
AirTAC does not publish flow for this regulator as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. The rated-flow, Cv and effective-area data exist in the AirTAC datasheet; contact us and we will confirm the figures for your 2000-size application before you order.
The trailing digit is the gauge scale: 1 means the included pressure gauge reads in MPa. Scales in psi (2), bar (3) or kgf/cm2 and psi (4) are available as ordering options, and the N code omits the gauge entirely. The standard PT thread can also be swapped for G (BSPP) or NPT.
