Installation note:
Align mounting surface within 0.1mm parallelism tolerance. Use flexible couplings when connecting to guided mechanisms. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil during initial setup. Magnetic sensor gap must be maintained at 1-2mm from cylinder axis.
