Installation note:
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil before initial use. Avoid side loads exceeding 5N.
For magnetic sensor pairing, maintain ≤1mm gap between cylinder and sensor.
Maximum permissible lateral misalignment: ±0.3mm.
