Installation guidelines:
Use M6 mounting screws with 8.8 grade minimum. Maintain 0.5mm alignment tolerance between cylinder axis and load direction. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil before initial operation. Magnetic sensors require 3-5mm gap adjustment from piston path.
Maximum side load: 35N. For pulsating applications, reduce operating pressure by 20%. Not suitable for vertical downward thrust without counterbalance.
