Installation guidelines:
Use M6 mounting screws (8.8 grade min.) with Loctite 243. Maintain 0.5mm alignment tolerance between rod and load. For vertical mounting, install air vents upward. Lubricate rod weekly with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil in high-cycle applications (>500 cycles/min).
Critical note:
Avoid side load exceeding 30N. Install rod-end support when lateral force exceeds 15N. Use dry air with dew point -20℃ below ambient temperature. Maximum lateral play: ±0.5mm at full extension.
