Installation protocol:
Mount horizontally with ±3° tolerance to prevent uneven rod wear. Apply high-temperature molybdenum disulfide grease
(NLGI #2 grade) every 50,000 cycles. Maintain 50mm clearance from arc zone.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtration with water separator. Never use silicone-based lubricants - reacts with welding fumes.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
