Engineered for harsh construction environments, the B04-SAUD series features reinforced construction with chromium-plated piston rods and impact-resistant end caps. The cylinder incorporates a dual-seal system with wiper ring to prevent particulate ingress, making it ideal for earthmoving equipment and high-vibration applications. Requires 5μm filtered air with 1-2 drops of ISO VG32 oil per m³ for optimal performance.

Installation note:
Mounting surface flatness must be within 0.1mm/m. Use flexible couplings
for stroke lengths over 500mm. For vertical installations, specify optional
rod-end locknut (B04-LK9 accessory).
- Re-lubricate every 2,000km of cumulative stroke movement
- Inspect rod surface pitting every 500 operating hours
- Replace cushion seals every 10,000 cycles in high-impact use

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
