Installation note:
Apply Molykote 111 lubricant during assembly. For vertical mounting,
install rod-end down to prevent contaminant accumulation.
Maintain 0.3-0.5mm clearance between rod and guide bushings.
- Lubrication interval: 500 operating hours (use ISO VG32 hydraulic oil)
- Rod inspection cycle: 2000 hours (check for pitting ≥0.2mm)
- Seal replacement threshold: 1 million cycles

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
