Installation notes:
- Align cylinder axis within 0.2mm parallel tolerance to prevent rod bending
- Use ISO VG32 hydraulic oil for lubrication (viscosity 30-50 cSt at 40℃)
- Install air filter with 5μm filtration rating minimum
- Allow 15mm clearance around cylinder body for heat dissipation
