Heavy-duty double-acting cylinder engineered for construction equipment vibration resistance. Features anti-corrosion treatment on exposed surfaces and reinforced rod bearing for side load resistance. Requires 40μm filtered air with 1-2 drops of oil per m³ (ISO 8573-1 class 4).

Installation warning:
Must install with 0.5-1mm axial clearance for thermal expansion.
Use M10 grade 8.8 bolts for mounting. Lubricate rod weekly in high-dust environments.
Pressure Note: Max momentary pressure 1.5MPa (pulse <0.3sec).
For continuous heavy loads, reduce operating pressure to 0.7MPa maximum.
