Installation guidelines:
Use anti-vibration brackets (torque ≥29.4N·m) when mounting on mobile machinery.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil during assembly. Maintain 0.3-0.5mm clearance
between magnetic sensor and cylinder body for position feedback accuracy.
- Use 40μm filtered compressed air with 1-10% lubricating oil mist
- Maximum piston speed: 0.5m/s (recommended 0.1-0.3m/s for optimal cushioning)
- Re-lubrication interval: Every 500 operating hours in dusty environments
