Installation notes:
- Align guide rail with motion axis within 0.1mm/m parallelism tolerance
- Use Cushion Lock (CL) series lubricators for maintenance
- Limit maximum side load to 30% of rated capacity in dynamic applications
Critical maintenance: Replace guide block grease every 500km travel distance (Use ISO VG32 equivalent grease). Avoid using silicone-based lubricants which may degrade NBR seals.
