Installation guidelines:
Mount using ISO-standard brackets with ≤0.1mm/m alignment tolerance.
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between rod end and load connection for thermal expansion.
Use clean dry air with 5-40μm filtration. Lubricate every 500km stroke distance.
Critical note:
Avoid side load exceeding 30N. For vertical mounting,
install mechanical brake or counterbalance valve.
Maximum allowable eccentricity: ±0.5mm at rod end.
