Installation protocol:
Requires 0.5Nm~1.2Nm mounting torque with concentricity ≤0.05mm.
Lubricate rod with ISO VG32 oil before initial use. Avoid lateral forces exceeding 120N.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Maximum side load capacity:
450N at full extension. Cycle rate ≤120cpm with full cushion engagement.
