The SAI40X250 is a true drop-in replacement: identical 40 mm bore, 250 mm stroke, port, and ISO 15552 mounting interface. The upgrade introduces a two Y-shaped one-way piston seal for low start-up pressure and long life. Without a -S suffix, this SKU cannot take a magnetic switch (legacy sensors were CS1-B/DS1-B). For safe sizing, expect a working load around 377 N, or a 32 kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin.
