The AirTAC Airtac B52-GC Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Component B52-GC40015NWK is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC40015NWK is an AirTAC G-series three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator built in the GC400 size with PT 1/2 in ports. In this configuration the filter carries the finer 5 um element (W), the filter bowl uses a differential-pressure drain, the regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), no pressure gauge is fitted (N), and the trailing K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted so flow through the set is one-way. The filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate in the 400 size. Medium is compressed air only, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a working temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series comes in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, and gauge and check-valve options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rated number; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-15 filter, GR400-15 regulator and GL400-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding pneumatic clamping fixtures on a welding or machining fixture, where the check valve in the set keeps the regulated side isolated from upstream supply dips.
Conditioning air for gripper and tooling circuits on a robotic cell, with the 5 um element and lubricator supporting the valve and actuator package at the end of the arm.
Supplying treated air to dock-leveler and door-actuation cylinders at a loading bay, with the 1/2 in ports matching the bay's main air drops.
Choose the GC400 1/2 in step when your line plumbing and air demand sit at the 1/2 in level; the 200, 300 and 600 sizes cover smaller and larger port steps. The W code selects the 5 um element over the standard 40 um. The differential-pressure drain (blank position) is hands-off; use A or M in the code for automatic or manual draining instead. K adds the reverse (check) valve - omit it if you need free two-way plumbing around the set. Gauge codes and the thread letter (blank = PT standard, G = G BSPP, T = NPT) complete the ordering code.
Because G-series flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm the sizing against your application from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-15 regulator with a GF400-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series capacity as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your operating pressure and demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this GC400 1/2 in size on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted in this combination, so air passes through the set in one direction only. The same GC400 combination ordered without the K has no check valve. Ask us for the datasheet to confirm the installation details.
