The AirTAC Airtac B52-GC Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Component B52-GC400C10C1WK is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC400C10C1WK is a genuine AirTAC G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and a lubricator, set up for 3/8 in PT ports at the 400 size. The three units clean, regulate and oil-mist lubricate the compressed air line in sequence. This configuration adds a reverse (check) valve under the K suffix, carries the W 5 um filter element and the default differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, and has a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range and a round external gauge in MPa. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing); the 400-size filter and lubricator bowls are PC (polycarbonate).
The same function set is catalogued across sizes 200 to 600, with and without the check valve, in 5 um or 40 um filtration, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and with PT, G or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow for this size as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioning air for vacuum ejectors and gripper cylinders on a packaging pick-and-place robot, with the fitted reverse valve for circuits that must not feed back toward the supply.
Supplying regulated, lubricated air to pneumatic clamps on a machining fixture, where backflow toward the regulator side is to be prevented by the check valve.
Feeding guide and stopper-gate cylinders on a beverage bottling conveyor, keeping water and particulates out of the valves that cycle the bottles.
Choose this K version over GC400C10C1W when your circuit must not allow backflow toward the supply side; order the plain code where no reverse valve is needed. The 400 size brings 3/8 in PT ports; move to 300 for smaller lines or 600 for larger ones. Drain is the default differential-pressure type, with automatic (A) and manual (M) variants to order, and a manual-drain unit widens the regulator range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
Filtration is the finer 5 um W element here; 40 um standard is the alternative. The C1 gauge is a round external gauge in MPa (psi and bar scales, or the embedded square gauge, are catalogue options). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
Flow for the GC400 size is published by AirTAC as characteristic curves, not as a single rated figure, so no rated number is quoted here. Send us your line pressure and consumption and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this model on request.
K specifies that a reverse (check) valve is fitted. The equivalent GC400C10C1W has none. Choose the K version where air must not flow back toward the supply side of the unit; otherwise order the plain code.
