The AirTAC Airtac B52-GFR Copper-Free Air Treatment Unit B52-GFR20006C1W is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR20006C1W is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation in a single body, with no lubricator. This 200-size configuration uses a PT1/8 (1/8 in) port, the finer 5 um (W) filter element instead of the standard 40 um, a differential-pressure drain on the polycarbonate bowl, and an external round pressure gauge with MPa scale. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and, with the differential-pressure drain, the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge and thread options, and a check-valve variant. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies regulated, cleaned air to bench-top leak and pressure-decay test setups, where the 5 um element helps protect sensitive gauges, transducers and orifices from particulate carryover.
Mounted ahead of a row of small gripper and vacuum modules on electronics assembly equipment, keeping compact 1/8 in air lines clean and holding the supply at the pressure the modules were set up for.
Feeds detail spray guns and airbrush setups at a workbench, trimming line pressure to the gun while the 5 um element reduces water and debris in the air reaching the finish.
Pick the 5 um element when the downstream equipment is sensitive to finer particulate; the 40 um standard grade suits general cylinder and valve supply. This unit drains by differential pressure; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are also available, and manual-drain versions widen the adjust range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Gauge scales come in MPa, psi or bar, threads can be PT (standard here), G (BSPP) or NPT, and a bracket is included. Step to the 300/400/600 sizes when the port or flow demand grows. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Tell us your line pressure and demand and we will confirm the flow and the datasheet figures on request.
W in the code selects the 5 um element, which gives finer filtration for instruments, finishing tools and compact valves. The blank standard grade is 40 um, suited to general cylinder and actuator supply. Drain style and adjust range stay the same between the two grades.
